- 1 spaghetti squash
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. grated zucchini
- 1 c. tomato sauce
- 1/4 tsp. each: salt and pepper
- 1/8 tsp. crushed basil
- dash of garlic powder
Directions

1cut squash in half lengthwise.

2After removing seeds, place squash, cut side down, in 2-inches of water and boil about 20 minutes.

3Cool enough to handle, then scrape squash with a fork from shell.

4Place in large bowl and add other ingredients and toss together.
