- 1 small spaghetti squash
- 3 carrots, grated
- 1/2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
- 2 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 medium onion, minced
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- salt and pepper or Mrs. Dash garlic/herbs
Directions

1Steam squash 20 minutes; set aside to cool.

2Brown ground beef; drain and set aside.

3Scrape squash out of skin into a bowl. In a large frypan, saute onion in butter until clear.

4Add squash, carrot and seasoning to taste.

5Stir and cook on medium heat for 2 minutes.

6Add beef and cheese.

7When cheese melts, serve.
