- 1 qt. each: V-8, Italian sauce, water
- 1 can each: Hunt's fresh tomatoes, tomato soup
- 1 lb. + ground beef
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1 pkg. angel hair spaghetti
- 1 pkg. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Place beef in crock-pot and brown on high for 1 hour. Break up meat. Add Italian sauce, water, chopped celery, chopped onions, tomatoes, soup and V-8.

2Cook spaghetti; drain and add.

3Cook on high for 1 hour, then on low for 2+ hours. To serve, top with grated Cheddar cheese.
