- 18 oz spaghetti
- 1 oz Parmesan cheese, shaved, plus extra to serve
- 2 1/2 tbsp butter, chopped
- 8.75 oz cherry tomatoes, halved
- 3.5 oz salami, chopped
- 1.5 oz black olives
- 1/3 cup fresh sage leaves, sliced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- None None crusty bread, to serve
Directions

1Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and return to pot.

2Add Parmesan and butter. Cook over low heat for 1-2 mins, until melted. Add remaining ingredients and toss to combine. Serve with extra Parmesan and crusty bread.
