  • 18 oz spaghetti
  • 1 oz Parmesan cheese, shaved, plus extra to serve
  • 2 1/2 tbsp butter, chopped
  • 8.75 oz cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 3.5 oz salami, chopped
  • 1.5 oz black olives
  • 1/3 cup fresh sage leaves, sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • None None crusty bread, to serve

Directions

    Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and return to pot.

    Add Parmesan and butter. Cook over low heat for 1-2 mins, until melted. Add remaining ingredients and toss to combine. Serve with extra Parmesan and crusty bread.
