  • 4 oz. uncooked corkscrew macaroni
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/3 c. green pepper, diced
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 (12 oz.) can Spam, cut in cubes
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. catsup
  • 1/3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Heat oven to 400°.

    Cook macaroni.

    Cook and stir onion and green pepper in margarine until onion is tender.

    Stir in macaroni and remaining ingredients.

    Bake in a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish; cover.

    Bake for 30 minutes.
