  • 4 oz. uncooked corkscrew macaroni
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/3 c. green pepper
  • 1 tsp. butter
  • 1 can Spam, cut into cubes
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. catsup
  • 1/3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Cook macaroni as directed and drain.

    In large skillet, cook and stir onion, green pepper and butter, until onion is tender. Stir in macaroni and remaining ingredients.

    Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole and cover.

    Bake at 400° fo 30 minutes.
