- 10 lb. fresh spinach
- 1 1/2 c. olive oil
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 1 bunch scallions, chopped
- 1 bunch parsley, chopped
- 1/2 c. dill leaves
- 1/4 c. mint leaves
- 1/4 c. oregano, crushed
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 lb. Feta cheese
- 2 c. milk
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 ??? olive oil
- 1/2 ??? vegetable oil
- 2 pkg. filo
Directions

1Cook onions, scallions and parsley with olive oil.

2Add spices and cook on low heat, stirring constantly.

3In a bowl crumble cheese and add milk and eggs.

4Pour over chopped spinach and mix. Add cooled herbs and mix well.
