  • 2 cans drained Bush's beans (chili, regular)
  • 2 cans water
  • 1 potato, chopped and cooked
  • 1/4 lb. hot dog, sausage or any meat
  • 1 Tbsp. Sofrito (Spanish seasoning) Goya
  • 1/2 can tomato sauce
  • dash of salt or pepper

Directions

    Mix ingredients in a medium saucepan; bring to a boil on low heat.

    Simmer until base is thick; add water according to your preference of juice.

    Serve alone as a side dish or over white rice. Serves 3 to 5 people.
