  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 Tbsp. paprika
  • 4 cloves chopped garlic
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • dash of pepper
  • dash of oregano
  • green pepper (optional)
  • 1/2 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • chicken (use 4 to 6 whole legs, 12 drumsticks or 4 breast halves), cut up
  • salt to taste

    Lightly fry garlic and onion in oil mixed with paprika in a large Dutch oven.
