- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 c. regular rice
- 3 c. water
- 1 envelope Spanish rice seasoning mix
- 1 large green pepper, cut into 8 rings
- 1 c. sliced stuffed green olives
Directions

1Shake chicken with flour in plastic bag to coat well.
