  • 2 c. whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 cans tamales, cut into eighths
  • 1 Tbsp. paprika
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 c. ripe olives, sliced
  • 1 c. fine bread crumbs
  • 1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/4 c. butter

Directions

    Line buttered casserole with corn. Layer half of all the other ingredients and then repeat.

    Dot with butter. Bake at 250° for 1 1/2 hours.
