  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. Wesson oil
  • 1 can Del Monte creamed corn
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. jalapeno peppers, chopped fine
  • 1 full c. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 eggs
