- 1/2 c. self rising flour
- 1 1/2 c. self rising corn meal
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 1/4 c. cooking oil
- 1 1/4 c. sweet milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1 bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1 can niblets corn, drained
- 2 eggs
- 1 sm. onion, chopped
Directions

1Beat eggs, add oil, milk, sugar, flour and meal.

2Add chopped ingredients, cheese and corn.

3Stir well.

4Grease a large iron skillet and sprinkle with meal.

5Heat slightly.

6Pour in batter. Bake at 400° about 45 minutes or until browned.
