  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1/2 pkg. noodles, cooked
  • 2 c. grated cheese

Directions

    Brown the ground beef and onion; drain. Add cooked noodles and other ingredients. Put layer of meat mixture in casserole dish; cover with 1/2 the cheese. Add another layer of meat mixture and top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
