- 12 eggs (extra large)
- 1 can condensed milk (Eagle Brand)
- 2 cans evaporated milk
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Caramelize 1 1/2 cups sugar and 1/3 cup water until golden brown.

2Pour caramelized sugar into bottom of 7 x 11-inch Pyrex dish.

3While sugar and water cook, beat eggs well.

4Add remaining ingredients and mix well together with eggs.

5Pour over caramelized mixture.

6Bake in water bath at 300° about 1 3/4 hours.

7Cool and invert on serving tray.

8(Do not overbake.)
