  • 1 pkg. Pictsweet Fordhook lima beans
  • 2 Tbsp. Pictsweet chopped onions
  • 1/4 c. Pictsweet chopped green peppers
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 c. tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/3 c. seasoned croutons

Directions

    Prepare beans according to cooking directions; drain.

    Brown onions and peppers in margarine; add tomatoes.

    Simmer on low for 10 minutes.

    Add cooked beans.

    Sprinkle croutons on top and heat an additional 10 minutes.
