  • 2 thin-sliced onions
  • 1/2 c. uncooked rice
  • 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, with juice
  • 1 (16 oz.) can green beans
  • 1 dash of Tabasco sauce
  • 1/3 c. water
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Melt butter in large skillet.

    Add onions and cook until soft. Pour tomatoes over rice.
