- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 can tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 2 c. lima beans, canned
- 1 1/2 c. grated cheese
Directions

1Fry onion and pepper slowly in butter until golden.

2Add tomatoes; simmer 10 minutes.

3Add seasoning and well drained beans.

4Combine alternate layers of bean mixture and cheese in 1-quart casserole.

5Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
