  • 4 medium size onions
  • 1/2 c. uncooked rice
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 lb. liver
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder

    Preheat oven.

    Put oil in skillet. roll liver in flour and place in skillet.

    turning several times. Remove from skillet, add onions and green pepper, let brown slightly. Add washed rice, tomatoes,

    Salt and pepper to taste.

    Put in oven, turn heat to low, allow to cook for 45 minutes.
