  • 8 ounces egg noodles
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 (16 ounce) can creamed corn
  • 1 (10 ounce) can tomato soup
  • 12 lb Velveeta cheese or 12 lb cheddar cheese, cubed
  • salt and pepper

    Preheat oven 350 deg.

    Bring water to boil for noodles.

    Cook about 10 minutes and drain.

    In a skillet, brown beef and onion.

    Drain.

    In a large bowl, mix beef, onion, creamed corn, tomato soup.

    Add cheese, salt and pepper.

    Add in cooked noodles.

    Pour into greased 3 quart casserole dish.

    Bake at 350 deg.

    for 30-45 minutes or until bubbly in an uncovered casserole dish.
