- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 (16 ounce) can creamed corn
- 1 (10 ounce) can tomato soup
- 12 lb Velveeta cheese or 12 lb cheddar cheese, cubed
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Preheat oven 350 deg.

2Bring water to boil for noodles.

3Cook about 10 minutes and drain.

4In a skillet, brown beef and onion.

5Drain.

6In a large bowl, mix beef, onion, creamed corn, tomato soup.

7Add cheese, salt and pepper.

8Add in cooked noodles.

9Pour into greased 3 quart casserole dish.

10Bake at 350 deg.

11for 30-45 minutes or until bubbly in an uncovered casserole dish.
