  • 1/2 tsp. ground pepper
  • 1 c. chopped tomatoes
  • 2 c. tomato sauce
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 head broccoli
  • 6 oz. green peas
  • 1/2 lb. shrimp (clean shrimp and leave tails on)
  • 1 lb. Polska kielbasa sausage
  • 1 lb. chicken
