- 1 onion, sliced fine
- 1 tsp. salt (1/2 on each layer)
- 1 dash pepper (on each layer)
Directions

1Slice potatoes as you would for scalloped potatoes.

3Put in alternate layers in casserole with ground beef and onion, potatoes on bottom.

4Pour tomato soup over layers before cooking.
