- 6 thick pork chops
- 2 Tbsp. Crisco
- 4 green peppers, chopped or sliced
- 4 chopped onions
- 1/2 c. chili sauce
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. sugar
- salt and pepper
- flour
Directions

1Dredge chop with flour.

2Brown on both sides in Crisco. Remove chops and replace with peppers, onions and chili sauce. Add other ingredients.

3Cook gently until tender.

4Add chops; cover and cook slowly 45 minutes.
