- 6 pork chops
- 1 small can tomato soup
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 1 tsp. green pepper, minced
- 1 tsp. minced onion
- 1/2 c. diced carrots
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Brown the chops in the butter or margarine.

2Place chops in baking dish.

3Cover with cooked rice.

4Add diced carrots, minced onion and minced green pepper.

5Salt and pepper.

6Pour a small can of tomato soup and a can of water over all.

7Bake covered in 300° oven for 1 hour.
