Spanish Pork Chops

  • 6 pork chops
  • 1 small can tomato soup
  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • 1 tsp. green pepper, minced
  • 1 tsp. minced onion
  • 1/2 c. diced carrots
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Brown the chops in the butter or margarine.

    Place chops in baking dish.

    Cover with cooked rice.

    Add diced carrots, minced onion and minced green pepper.

    Salt and pepper.

    Pour a small can of tomato soup and a can of water over all.

    Bake covered in 300° oven for 1 hour.
