- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 1 lb. ground beef
- black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 2 Tbsp. catsup
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 c. cooked rice
- 1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes

2Saute onion and green pepper in the oil until soft.

3Add ground beef and seasoning, stirring until meat loses its pink color.

4Stir in the cooked rice, tomatoes and Worcestershire sauce.

5Mix thoroughly. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 15 minutes.
