  • 1 c. raw rice
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 c. tomatoes
  • 2 c. water

    Brown rice in hot oil.

    Add onion, green pepper, salt, chili powder and tomatoes; mix well.
