- 1 c. raw rice
- 1 small onion
- 1/2 green pepper
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 c. tomatoes
- 2 c. water
Directions

1Wash and dry rice.

2Brown rice in hot oil.

3Add onion, green pepper, salt, chili powder and tomatoes; mix well.

4Add enough water to cover mixture.

5Cover; let simmer until rice is tender, about 30 minutes.
