- 2 large cans tomato sauce
- salt (lightly)
- 1/2 c. celery
- 1/2 c. mango (pepper)
- 3/4 c. rice (uncooked)
- 1 1/2 cans water
Directions

1Brown hamburger and onion.

2Add all ingredients to large loaf pan; shake ketchup over top and pieces of block cheese.

3Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350°.
