- 2 c. rice
- 1/2 onion
- 1 fresh garlic
- 4 chicken bouillon cubes
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
Directions

1Brown rice in vegetable oil in medium heat.

2Blend onion, garlic, tomato, 1/2 cup water and chicken bouillon cubes in blender until pureed.

3Pour mixture into browned rice and cover with lid to simmer for about 5 minutes, then add 2 cups of cold water and let boil until cooked with lid on.

4Allow to cool after cooked with lid off.

5Rice should be puffy.

6(Do not stir frequently; can turn too mushy.)
