  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 1 dash salt
  • 14 cup picante sauce
  • 14 cup sour cream
  • 14 cup Mexican blend cheese
  • 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped

Directions

    Bring water, salt and taco seasoning to a boil.

    Add rice and cover.

    Simmer for about 15 minutes.

    Lay slices of turkey bacon between 2 paper towels and microwave for about 2 minutes or until just crispy.

    When the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed add the picante sause, sour cream, chopped turkey bacon, and cheese.

    Mix well and serve.
