- 1 envelope taco seasoning, divided
- 2 1/2 c. water, divided
- 1 (6.8 oz.) pkg. Spanish rice mix
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can diced tomatoes (undrained)
- 6 flour tortillas (10-inch)
- 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- toppings (as desired)
Directions

1In a skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain. Set aside 1 tablespoon taco seasoning. Add remaining seasoning to beef. Stir in 3/4 cup water. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
