- 3 to 4 lb. boneless pork roast
- Spanish barbecue sauce
- Pecaito Criollo
- melta (a Spanish malt drink)
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Place pork in large Ziploc plastic bag.

2Add barbecue sauce and Recaito Criello.

3Marinate for several hours (overnight is best). Season with salt and pepper.

4Place in large pan and add melta and bake in 350° oven for 2 1/2 hours.

5Wonderful served with black beans and rice.
