Spanish Roast Pork

  • 3 to 4 lb. boneless pork roast
  • Spanish barbecue sauce
  • Pecaito Criollo
  • melta (a Spanish malt drink)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Place pork in large Ziploc plastic bag.

    Add barbecue sauce and Recaito Criello.
  3. 3
    Marinate for several hours (overnight is best). Season with salt and pepper.

    Place in large pan and add melta and bake in 350° oven for 2 1/2 hours.
  5. 5
    Wonderful served with black beans and rice.
