Ingredients

  • 6 medium potatoes
  • 6 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 1 large can LeSueur peas, drained
  • 8 to 9 carrots
  • 2 medium onions
  • 1 qt. Kraft mayonnaise (whole jar)

Directions

    Cook potatoes in jackets in pressure cooker for 15 minutes. Let cool and peel.

    Peel and cook carrots.

    Slice and let cool in strainer.
  4. 4
    Mix all ingredients, except peas.
  5. 5
    Add peas last.
