  • 4 bacon slices, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • freshly ground pepper
  • 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 6 pimento stuffed olives, sliced
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 2 c. diced cooked potatoes (about 12 oz.)
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • salt
  • 1 tsp. dried leaf marjoram
  • 1 tsp. paprika
