- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 (14 ounce) can Italian stewed tomatoes
- 1/4 cup green olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/2 lemon
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 16 ounces tilapia fillets
Directions

1Heat oil over medium high heat in skillet. Add onion and garlic. Cook for 5 minutes.

2Add tomatoes, olives, lemon, wine and black pepper. Simmer 10 minutes.

3Place fish in sauce and simmer 5-7 minutes or until fish is done.

4Serve over rice or pasta.
