  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1 (8 oz.) cottage cheese with pineapple
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 lb. butter
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • graham cracker crumb crust

Directions

    Grease spring pan.

    Spread graham cracker crumb crust in bottom, pack down.

    Combine all other ingredients and pour over crust.

    Bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.

    Turn oven off and let cake cool in oven for at least 2 hours.
