- 1 1/2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cubed
- 1 cup onion juice
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 1/4 teaspoons crushed saffron threads
- 3/4 cup melted butter
Directions

1In a medium bowl, place the cubed chicken and onion juice.

2Mix in salt and pepper.

3Completely dissolve crushed saffron threads in the mixture.

4Cover and allow the chicken to marinate in the refrigerator 8 hours, or overnight.

5Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil grate.

6Place the marinated chicken on skewers.

7Frequently brush with butter while cooking on the prepared grill.

8Turning frequently, cook until meat is no longer pink and juices run clear, or to desired doneness.
