  • 1 cup onion juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons crushed saffron threads
  • 3/4 cup melted butter

    Cover and allow the chicken to marinate in the refrigerator 8 hours, or overnight.

    Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil grate.
