- 1 (8 or 9-inch) graham cracker crumb crust
- 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
- 1/3 c. ReaLemon reconstituted lemon juice
- few drops yellow food coloring
- 3 egg whites *
- 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
- whipped cream or topping and lemon slices (optional)
Directions

1In medium bowl, combine Eagle Brand, ReaLemon and food coloring; mix well.

2In small bowl, beat egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff but not dry; gently fold into Eagle Brand mixture.

3Turn into crust.

4Chill 3 hours or until set.

5Garnish with whipped cream and lemon slices, if desired.

6Refrigerate leftovers.
