- 2 cans (2 oz. each) Coleman's dry mustard
- 1 cup cider vinegar
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
Directions

1Mix mustard and vinegar.

2Cover and let stand overnight at room temperature.

3Next day, beat eggs and add sugar.

4Combine sugar/egg mixture with mustard in the top of a double boiler.

5Cook, stirring until desired thickness is reached; about 4 minutes.

6Put in jar and keep indefinetly in refrigerator.
