- 4 to 5 lb. beef roast
- 2 cans whole potatoes
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 medium onion
- 1 small bottle A.1. steak sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Wrap roast in foil and place in roasting pan.

2Salt and pepper to taste.

3Drain potatoes and reserve liquid.

4Cut onions in slivers and place it in with the potatoes around the roast.

5Mix reserved liquid with mushroom soup and A.1.

6steak sauce.

7Pour mixture over potatoes.

8Seal roast tightly and bake at 400° for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
