  • 1 c. olive oil
  • 1/2 c. chopped parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. rosemary, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped thyme
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped mint
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped capers
  • 1 tsp. chopped anchovy
  • 1 tsp. red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 c. shallot, scallion or sweet onion, finely chopped
  • lemon juice and/or red wine vinegar to taste

Directions
