  • 250 grams Speculoos
  • 6 slice Gingerbread
  • 4 tbsp Granulated Sugar
  • 1 liter Semi-skimmed Milk

    Preheat oven to 200 celsius

    Heat up the milk in a large pot

    While heating, crumble the speculoos and gingerbread into little pieces

    Once the milk is tepid/hot add the crumbled ingredients and the sugar

    Keep stirring until almost disolved

    Bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes

    Grease a fire-proof dish

    Pour dough into the dish

    Bake for about half an hour
