  • 2 Tbsp. minced onions or 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 2 c. or 1 lb. can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 2 c. or 15 oz. can kidney beans
  • 2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper

    Brown ground chuck and drain excess fat.
