- 6 eggs, beaten
- 6 taco bell home originals flour tortillas
- 1 cup kraft shredded mexican cheese
- 2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
Directions

1PREHEAT oven to 375F Pour eggs into nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray.

2Scramble the eggs.

3Cook on medium heat 5 minute or until set, stirring occasionally.

4Remove from heat.

5PLACE 2 tortillas, overlapping, on bottom of 9-inch pie plate.

6Top with 1/2 of the eggs and 1/3 each of the cheese and tomato.

7Repeat layers once.

8Top with remaining cheese and tomato slices.

9BAKE 10 minute or until heated through and cheese is melted.
