  • 12 oz. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. baby carrots, sliced
  • 1 c. peas
  • 1/2 c. beef broth
  • 2 c. prepared instant potatoes
  • dash of paprika

    Preheat oven to 375°.

    Brown beef, adding onions, peas and carrots.

    Cook until vegetables are done.

    Add broth to mixture and boil.

    Let simmer until most liquid is absorbed.
