  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 18 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 18 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 2 cups raw whole almonds
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil

    Adjust an oven rack to the middle position and preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

    In a large bowl, toss the nuts with the oil, then toss with the spice mixture to coat.
