- 1 small onion
- 6 slices bacon
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 1 pkg. sausage or Polish sausage
Directions

1Fry bacon crisp and set aside.

2Reserve grease.

3In a large pan, cut up cabbage and onions.

4Add water, bacon grease, garlic, salt and red pepper.

5Mix well and cook over low heat until tender.

6Add sausage.

7Cook 15 minutes.

8Crumble bacon on top.
