Spiced Cranberry Nut Stuffing

  • 1 c. whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 tsp. grated orange peel
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. unsalted butter
  • 2 c. sliced celery
  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. herb seasoned stuffing
  • 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can Swanson clear ready to serve chicken broth
  • 1/2 c. coarsely chopped toasted nuts

    In a small bowl, stir together first 3 ingredients; set aside. In a 4-quart saucepan, in hot butter, cook celery until tender. Add cranberry sauce mixture and remaining ingredients.

    Toss to mix well.

    Spoon into buttered 2-quart casserole dish.

    Cover. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
