Spiced Fruit Dip

  • 1 jar (Large 16 Oz. Jar) Marshmallow Fluff
  • 2 tubs (8 Oz. Tub) Fat Free Cool Whip
  • 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoons Allspice
  • 1/4 teaspoons Nutmeg

    Let Cool Whip thaw. Spoon all the Fluff into a bowl and microwave about 30 seconds, just to soften. Either by hand or using a mixer set very low, combine Fluff and Cool Whip. (Do not beat hard or it will lose all the fluffiness!)

    Mix in spices. I recommend starting with half the amount, then tasting and seeing if you want it stronger. For fruit, I like it stronger, but as a spice cake frosting, I leave it less spiced since the cake has spices, too.
