- 1 lemon juiced
- 2 teaspoons ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 lamb butterflied
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- mango chutney
- lime wedges
Directions

1Combine lemon juice and spices then rub onto lamb. Coat with yogurt. Place in a shallow dish, cover with plastic wrap and marinate for 1-2 hours.

2Preheat grill. Cook lamb over high heat for 20 mins per side, basting frequently, or until cooked to your liking. Cover with foil and let rest for 10 mins. Carve lamb thickly against the grain. Serve with lime wedges and mango chutney, if desired.
