Spiced Lamb Chops

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp flaked sea salt
  • 1 tbsp ground cumin
  • 1/2-1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp ground mustard powder
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • 12 None lamb chops, trimmed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • None None Mango chutney and salad leaves, to serve

Directions

    Combine yogurt and coriander in a small bowl. Season to taste. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

    Combine spices in a small bowl. Spread 2 tbsp spice mix on a plate. Use season lamb chops. (Store remaining spice mix in an airtight container for 2-3 months.)

    Heat oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Cook lamb chops for 2-3 mins each side or until cooked to desired doneness. Serve with yogurt, chutney and green salad.
